This is not good, still breaking the law.
Had it not been that I pass him daily when he is out on Thomas Drive and he is smiling and making us smile ! I would not write and say how he seems to be a nice guy. Ya know who wants to bring a smile to anyone’s face as they drive down Thomas Drive. I have seen him on North Lagoon also. But the my ? is what about the faces on the wagoon? They seem to be children’s faces.
Hope you get it together soon Phillip and we see you making us smile AGAIN SOON>
